The Direction of the Port of Guaymas gave to his security personal new equipment and uniforms to prevent and fight fire, in order to enforce the commitment of security with clients and port personal.

The Director of the Port of Guaymas, Edmundo Chavez Mendez, handed 4 complete firefighting uniforms, same number of SCBA, MMR work masks and general tools for the firefighting, to the Operations Management of the Port.

In a simple event of the Cruise Terminal, Chavez Mendez highlighted the importance of encourage the prevention culture and the commitment to maintain sufficiently equipped to attend any contingency that could take place inside the Port activity.

To the present brigades members recognize their support and disposition to attend the emergency cases, but particularly, to be alert first of all to avoid risks that could break the tranquility of the port activity.

The equipment renewal takes place after 8 years without adding accidents prevention and fighting material, area in what the Port Director highlight will be very careful in order to guarantee the port personnel and clients that operate at the port their safety.
